1. Introduction. The SCOTS All Ranks Do will take place on Sat 25 Mar 23 in the Centenary Suite, BT Murrayfield stadium.
2. Timings and Format. Guests are to arrive at the BT Murrayfield Stadium between 1830 and 1900 hrs for a drinks reception which will run until 1940 hrs. This reception will take place in the Centenary Suite. A three-course dinner, which includes three bottles of wine and ten bottles of beer per table of ten, will be served followed by coffee with shortbread. A cash/contactless bar will be available throughout the evening.
3. Menu. The menu is a set menu with a vegetarian option as follows:
Starter: Sweet Potato, Chilli and Coconut Soup
Coconut reduction, coriander
Warm crusty bread, herb whipped butter
Main: Pan Seared Corn Fed Chicken
Roasted fondant potato, root vegetables,
Buttered kale, parsnip puree, light chicken jus
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Brownie
Raspberry gel, caramelised white chocolate
Madagascan vanilla cream
Vegetarian:
Starter: Pumpkin Soup with Lemongrass and Chilli
Coconut reduction, coriander
Warm crusty bread, herb whipped butter
Main: Butternut Squash and Goats Cheese Gnocchi
Butternut squash puree, roasted vegetables
Kale crisps, herb oil
Dessert: Coconut Pave
Raspberry gel, chocolate soil

4. Entertainment. This will be provided by a quartet from the SCOTS Band and a mini Pipe Band from 2 SCOTS.
5. Dress and Accommodation. Dress for the evening will be smart casual, ties are not required. It is an individual’s responsibility to arrange any accommodation requirements.
6. Getting there. The tram stop is right outside the entrance tothe stadium. If you are travelling by car The Western Approach by car is not open. Approach along Roseburn Street.
